Abstract

Corporate Culture or Organizational Culture is a unique cultural image of an organization that consists of its values, beliefs, rituals, symbols, and ways of doing things. In short, it is the various aspects of the company's daily operations. The staff culture, also known as the corporate staff culture, is a cultural form corresponding to the corporate culture. The staff culture is staff-oriented and is a quality culture. The corporate culture is enterprise-oriented and is a management culture. Corporate culture is the spiritual wealth and material form created by the enterprise's production, management and management activities under certain conditions. It includes cultural concepts, values, entrepreneurship, ethics, codes of conduct, corporate systems, cultural environments, and communication between employees and leaders. I think communication is the core of corporate culture. Communication in the corporate culture is very important. It represents the foundation of the enterprise. The communication between vicious leaders and employees will destroy a company, and the benign communication will lead the company to success. The Huawei company is a successful company with a benign and common. In this paper, I refer to four web sites and six books. They all revolve around the communication in corporate culture and the meaning of corporate culture. Why communication in corporate culture is so important, and what does it do for companies, so I assume Elements of corporate culture at HUAWEI company influencing employees’ performance.
