Abstract
In the first part of my thesis I presented the most important relevant literature, trying to write only about the specific parts. The most important thing was the presentation of the supply chain, as I showed problems from procurement to delivery. During my professional experience, it was found out how important the purchase and transport of soya bean is to the pig population bred at the Pig Breeding Department of Pálhalmai Agrospeciál Kft. From the sub-areas of logistics I also covered the topic of transportation, material handling, stockpiling, warehousing. I also mentioned waste management. In the second part, the company manager's presentation showed that the company needs to generate profit in a sufficiently specific legal environment, here I am thinking of the full employment of the inmates. I have presented all business lines and work areas of Pálhalmai Agrospeciál Kft. To get a comprehensive picture of the company's diverse activities. I presented the structure of the organization, human resource management and the IT background. I have mentioned the company's strategy and are increasingly committed to environmental awareness. I have introduced the company's achievements and achievements over the last five years. In the third part, I presented the problem manager organization, I analyzed time series, identified the problems with more logistic and qualitative analysis. I have identified the most important problem through the analyzes and made two suggestions for solutions. By making the decision matrix, the Gantt chart and the Lewin power field analysis, I made the decision, the design and the execution. The use of Hungarian soy is a solution to produce high quality meat with GMO-free feed. The climate is perfect for this. This has the advantage of both the land, the farmer and the consumer. Farmers can be encouraged to use their expertise to get something new. The education and training of the participants in the program greatly contributes to the success of the project. Taking full advantage of natural resources, soybean production can be raised to 50% of the current 20% European supply in 10 years. The economic, technical, and resource indicators suggest this.
