Abstract

The topic of my dissertation is the review and development of the manufacturing process of composite elements. An administrative error occurred during the manufacture of the composite elements. After checking the documentation, I explored and summarized the errors. I used the 5W1H (Kipling method) problem solving tool for analysis. In my opinion, this fits into this problem and is the easiest to describe. For root cause analysis, I used the Ishikawa diagram analysis method. My dissertation also includes a description of the integrated management system, the manufacturing process of the composite elements and the inspections. In summary, during the evaluation, it turned out that in addition to the examined problem, other problems also occurred, which caused the administrative error.
