Abstract

A szakdolgozatomban az ISD Dunaferr Zrt. meleghengerműve által hengerelt acélszalagok méreteltéréseivel foglalkozom. A dolgozatom elején bemutatom az ISD Dunaferr Zrt. meleghengerművének felépítését, a hengerlés folyamatát. Leírom a geometriai méretek értelmezését, az üzem rendelkezésére álló mérőberendezést, a szalag mérését és a szalag méret eltéréseinek fő típusait. A geometriai méret által csoportosítva bemutatom az előírásokat, a hengerrésben való méret kialakulásukat és a méret problémák lehetséges megjelenési típusait. Röviden bemutatom az ISD Dunaferr Zrt. eddigi vizsgálatait, beavatkozásait és javaslatot teszek az esetleges további javítási lehetőségekre. A dolgozatom fő része a profilgyártási alapanyagként szolgáló melegen hengerelt szalag lencsésségének csökkentési lehetőségeinek vizsgálata. Bemutatom a vizsgálat fontosságát és a vizsgálati lehetőségeket. Kijelölöm a vizsgálandó termékcsoportokat, majd statisztikát készítek a különböző paraméterek segítségével. Végül javaslatot teszek a profilgyártói alapanyagok lencsealakjának a csökkentésére. In my dissertation I deal with the size differences of steel strips rolled by the hot rolling mill of ISD Dunaferr Zrt. At the beginning of my dissertation I present ISD Dunaferr Zrt., and the structure of its hot rolling mill and the process of rolling. I describe the interpretation of geometrical dimensions, the stationary measuring equipment in operation, the measurement of the tape and the main types of tape size variations. Grouped by the geometry, I present the specifications, the formation of dimensions in the cylinder gap, and the possible manifestations of size problems. I will briefly introduce ISD Dunaferr Zrt. I will make your previous inquiries, interventions, and suggestions for possible further improvements. The main part of my dissertation is to investigate the possibilities of reducing the lensiness of hot-rolled strip as a raw material for profile production. I represent the importance of the investigation and the investigation possibilities. I select the product groups to be examined and then compile statistics using the various parameters. Finally, I will propose to reduce the lens shape of profile manufacturer raw materials.
