Abstract

Kivonat Dolgozatomban bemutatom egy nagyvállalat ERP rendszerének bővítését. Az elméleti áttekintés után ismertetem, hogy a jelenlegi vállalatirányítási rendszer hogyan épül fel, részletesen bemutatva a dolgozat szempontjából releváns modulokat. Egy átfogó, úgynevezett IMPULSE #2020-23 projekt keretében merült fel az igény arra, hogy egy bővebb funkciójú új beszerzési rendszert és dokumentumkezelő rendszert vezessünk be. Ehhez a projekt ismertetése után megfogalmazom a jövőbeni rendszerrel szembeni elvárt követelményeket, részletesen leírom a versenyeztetés, valamint a kiválasztás folyamatát. A megfelelő rendszer kiválasztásához egy pontrendszert állítottunk fel, mely segítségével pontoztuk a bemutatott prezentációkat és demo verziókat. A dolgozat egyik kulcstémája, hogyan változnak a jövőbeni működési folyamatok, melyek jobban támogatják a felhasználók munkáját. Végül a munkám zárásaként összehasonlítom a jelenlegi és tervezett rendszer működését, majd megfogalmazom, hogy milyen fejlesztési igények merültek fel az új rendszerrel kapcsolatban. Abstract In my thesis I study the expansion of corporate ERP systems. After a theoretical overview I will show how the actual system is built up, focusing on the relevant modules for the thesis. Within the so called “IMPULSE #2020-23” project aroused the need to introduce a new procurement and document management system with extended functionalities. After describing the project I formulate the requirements of the future system and I show the process of competition and selection in detail. We created a benchmark system to choose the proper system, we benchmarked the published presentations and demo versions. One of the main topics of this thesis is how the future operational processes are changing to support the users work better. Finally at the end of my work I compare the operation of the current and the planned system, then I describe the upcoming development needs to the new system.
