Abstract
The dissertation describes the cargo fixing methods and rules used on the field of road transportation, due to it’s compexity it is a valid request to have a cargo fixing equipment, which ensures the fixing of the cargo acc. to the rules in a safe way in all circumstances. Also had been shown the function, built up and the working method of the equipment. However, the diessertation is not focusing on the design and development possibilities of it, but it’s focusing on it from lifecycle management point of view. It had been analysed the outer impacts distributed on the different components of the equipment and the result of these impacts. Calculated the stress level in the steel frame structure and based on it the forecasted lifetime, which is a critical parameter both from safety and economical point of view. Proposal had been created for lifetime increment of the structure, by taking in account the stiffness increasing possibilities of the welded joints and also by strength increasing the structure itself. but there lots of other possibilities the reach this goals beside the mentioned ones. Furthermore, also had been analysed the loads and damaging impact on the components, which are taking part in the cargo fixing, the possible solutions of avoiding the damage of them, which means in this case the right choose of the raw material and heat treatment method. Beside the mentioned analysis the required dimensions of the parts also had been calculated. As conclusion we can reveal, that there is a huge potential in the development and optimization of the equipment, due to it is just in the concept phase of the development process. At the end of the process, the equipment might be able to provide much less cargo fixing time beside the safe fixing solution.
