Abstract

Background: 40 years since the reform and opening up, China market has shown explosive growth, various companies have emerged out of some companies precipitation and growth in the market, and some are slowly disappearing. SMEs in China in the 21st century, how to operate the company, improve the company's competitiveness and market share has become the focus. We studied four-star company, a company engaged in the construction industry. For the four-star companies, there are two important issues, how to deal with a reasonable market positioning, how to deal with competitors to improve their competitiveness, which is the company has been considering raising the point and hope. Purpose: The purpose of the study was to explore the problem of positioning the company for 10 years since vague, and lack of core competitiveness, etc., and then make recommendations to address these issues and submit. Method: Data collected mainly from company managers and staff to participate in an interview the company's business, the main emphasis on positioning the company as well as market competitiveness. Secondary data from the company's annual sales revenue and expenditure reports. Theoretical results of the data analysis. Study Area: The case studies range from the company's internal management, sales staff, as well as major customers and competitors. Because of time reasons, market positioning analysis to tease out the area's more in line with the status quo, and the competitiveness of the market only from the complex. Conclusion: Because operating funds far below large construction companies to do the operation funds, as well as the construction industry and also a lack of system specification range, so my analysis concluded that the company should be re-positioned in the quality of operations and investment projects only focus human capital enter the industry, cutting-edge technology to improve the company's competitiveness, human resources management company to change the past confusion, positioning obvious, lack of marketing strategies and other conditions.
