Abstract

Az ingatlanpiac változása sokszor nehezen követhető, értelmezhető. Az országnak egyes részein sokkal drágábbak az ingatlanok, míg máshol jelentősen olcsóbbak. Ahhoz, hogy megtaláljuk a nekünk megfelelő házat/lakást, fontos, hogy átfogó képet kapjunk az ingatlanpiac jelenlegi helyzetéről, tisztában legyünk azzal, hogy milyen változások történtek a piacon az elmúlt időben. Ezért választottam szakdolgozatom témájául a „Magyar ingatlanpiacot elemző weboldal” fejlesztését, amely célja egy olyan weboldal megvalósítása, ahol bárki könnyedén tájékozódhat az ingatlanpiac helyzetéről. A dolgozatban megtalálható hasonló weboldalak elemzése. Bemutatja a megvalósításhoz és tervezéshez felhasznált technológiákat és elveket. A dolgozat kitér az elkészült weboldal funkcióira, ezen funkciók tervezésére és megvalósítására. A weboldal jelenlegi verziója interaktívan bemutatja az ingatlanpiac időbeli változását, az árak területi eloszlását. A dolgozat bemutatja a weboldal használatát, elérhető funkcióit. At times, following and interpreting the changes of the real estate market can be a difficult task. Property is much more expensive in some parts of the country and significantly cheaper in others. In order to find the right house/apartment for us, it is important to have an overview of the current situation of the real estate market and to be aware of the changes that have taken place in the market recently. This is why I chose the development of the "Hungarian real estate market analysis website" as the topic of my thesis, which aims to create a website where anyone can easily get information about the real estate market. An analysis of similar websites can be found in the thesis. It presents the technologies and principles used for implementation and design. The paper covers the functions of the website, the design and implementation of these functions. The current version of the website interactively shows the changes in the real estate market over time, the spatial distribution of prices. The thesis describes the use of the website and the available functions.
