Abstract
Nowadays, the concept of maintenance is gaining prominence in manufacturing companies, often receiving negative repercussions, questioning its importance. Whether the company is managed by a company or requires the involvement of an external partner, the maintenance organization is given the fewest roles, so there is relatively little knowledge of the representative and employees of the associates in this area. The main purpose of the dissertation is to give an idea of the activities of a company, as well as to explore the importance of maintenance, which is closely related to the smooth operation of production, in order to demonstrate safe operation and task execution. However, it is not intended to illustrate the work of the entire maintenance unit. The diploma thesis presents the literature, analysis methods and the possibilities of the company, as well as the possibilities made by the managers of OBO Bettermann Hungary Kft. For the optimal maintenance processes and the solutions made by the author.
