Abstract

Kivonat Dolgozatomban az ERP vállalatirányítási rendszer Tolnatej Zrt.-nél történt bevezetését és verzióváltását kívántam bemutatni. Ennek során a dolgozatom 1. pontjában a vállalatirányítási rendszereket, valamint a Tolnatej Zrt.-t mutatom be. A dolgozatom 2. pontjában részletezem a vállalatirányítási rendszer bevezetésének szükségességét és a bevezetés folyamatát. Ismertetem a cég működési mechanizmusát az ERP rendszer bevezetése előtt. Bemutatom az okokat, melyek szükségessé tették egy modern vállalatirányítási rendszer bevezetését. Kitérek a bevezetés folyamatára és azokra az adatokra, melyeket az információs működtetéséhez be kell vinni a rendszerbe. A dolgozatom 3. pontjában ismertetem a vállalat gazdasági folyamatait, melyeket átfog a vállalatirányítási rendszer. Kitérek két fő folyamat – a tejátvétel és a termékgyártás – részletes ismertetésére. A dolgozatom 4. pontjában bemutatom az SAP rendszer bevezetéséhez szükséges feltételeket. Ennek során ismertetem a rendszer bevezetésének és üzemeltetésének infrastruktúrális feltételeit, az üzemeltetés során felmerülő feladatokat, valamint a rendszer bevezetésének kockázatait. A dolgozatom 5. pontjában összegzem a vállalatirányítási rendszer bevezetésének tapasztalatait, valamint javaslatot teszek a rendszer bővítési, fejlesztési irányára vonatkozóan. Abstract The dissertaion aims to present the introduction and version change of the ERP corporate governance system at Tolnatej Zrt. In point 1 of my dissertation, I present the corporate governance systems and Tolnatej Zrt. In point 2 of my dissertation, I detail the need for the introduction of a corporate governance system and the implementation process. I will explain the operating mechanism of the company before the introduction of the ERP system. I present the reasons that necessitated the introduction of a modern corporate governance system. I will cover the implementation process and the data that needs to be entered into the system to operate the information. In point 3 of my dissertation, I describe the economic processes of the company, which are covered by the corporate governance system. I will elaborate on two main processes - milk production and product production. In point 4 of my dissertation, I present the necessary conditions needed for the implementation of the SAP system. In doing so, I describe the infrastructural conditions for the implementation and operation of the system, the tasks associated with the the operation, and the risks that can occur during the implementation of the system. In point 5 of my dissertation, I summarize the experiences of the introduction of the corporate governance system and make a proposal for further expansion and development of it.
